The Firefly Restaurant
Now open, The Firefly Restaurant overlooks Firefly Lake and offers exceptional food, drinks and shared moments. Just a few miles from the Dorset coastline, the menu focuses on locally sourced ingredients, with fish at its heart.
Guests can enjoy everything from indulgent brunches to fresh seafood, seasonal small plates and expertly prepared signature dishes. "The sea and this land have always been in conversation. The menu listens to both." – Chef Patron, Paul Clarke.
The space invites guests to slow down and settle in, whether dining indoors or relaxing on the lakeside veranda, where tranquil views across Firefly Lake provide the perfect backdrop.
