As a Two AA Rosette-awarded chef, Paul’s cooking is rooted in seasonality, using locally sourced ingredients in every dish, prepared entirely from scratch. Within an open, exposed kitchen, the craft is at the heart of the experience, offering a glimpse into the precision and care behind every plate.
