Yes.  The Firefly Restaurant welcomes guests of all ages.

Dogs are welcome in the veranda area.

Membership includes access to Firefly Spa's facilities, including the heated outdoor pool, cold plunge and sauna. Members can also book spa treatments, which are charged separately. The Firefly Gym, planned for completion in 2027, will also be included as part of the membership.

The Firefly Spa is available to Firefly members, Silverlake holiday guests and guests booking a spa package.

Holiday guests staying until the end of 2026 will have access to the spa facilities included in their stay. From the 1st of January 2027*, spa access will be available as a small, optional fee. *Terms and conditions apply.

Yes, The Firefly Spa will be member-only from 0800 -1000 and 1800 - 2000 each day. One hour of each of these slots will be adult-only, and one hour of each of these slots will be family-friendly. 

Members are also welcome to the facilities outside of these member-exclusive time slots as they wish.

Yes. You can book a luxury spa day here. 

Choose from our Spa & Dine packages, combining bespoke ESPA treatments, thermal spa experiences, wild swimming and exceptional dining at The Firefly Restaurant. 

Or, if you're looking to enjoy the spa at your own pace, our Swim & Dine packages include access to the facilities along with a delicious meal at The Firefly Restaurant.

Spa treatments are charged separately and are not included within a Firefly Spa membership.

Please note: Guests staying at Silverlake who have access to The Firefly Spa are welcome to book treatments during their stay. Members of the public are also welcome to book a treatment; however, the spa facilities are not included in this booking.

Firefly members do not need to book their spa access. 

Silverlake holiday guests will receive an email prior to their stay containing a link to book access to the spa facilities, including the pool, cold plunge and sauna.

Firefly Members can enjoy wild swimming within the designated swimming area within Firefly Lake, provided they use a swim float. Members can bring, rent or buy a float from The Firefly Spa. Members can also book paddleboards and kayaks to use on Firefly Lake via the member portal.

For safety reasons, personal paddleboards, kayaks, and other watercraft are not permitted on Firefly Lake, and only Firefly-approved equipment may be used.

Access to Firefly Lake, including its swimming area and watersports equipment, is exclusively for Firefly Members. Silverlake holiday guests and members of the public are not permitted to swim in the lake or use the watersports equipment.

No. The Firefly Spa has one 25-metre heated outdoor pool.

Children are welcome to enjoy our heated outdoor pool. For safety, children must be supervised at all times and we kindly ask that a ratio of one adult to three children is maintained.

Monday - Saturday: 0900 - 2300.

• Brunch menu served between 0900 - 1130. Last sitting at 1115.
• Lunch menu served between 1200 - 1500. Last sitting at 1445. 
• Dinner menu served between 1700 - 2100. Last sitting at 2045.

Drinks served: 0900 - 2230.

Sundays

• Brunch menu served between 0900 - 1100. Last sitting at 1100.
• Sunday lunch menu served between 1200 - 1800.
• Drinks served until 2100.

Opening times vary seasonally.

Monday - Sunday: 0800 - 2000. 

Treatment Hours: 1000 - 1800

Member-only times:  0800 -1000 and 1800 - 2000 each day.
