Do I need a membership to visit the Firefly Restaurant?
The restaurant is open to everyone, subject to availability. No membership or stay is required. Members receive a discount on every meal plus special offers. Please pre-book a table by clicking here.

Dogs are welcome in the veranda area.

Firefly Spa
What is included in a Firefly Spa membership?
Membership includes access to Firefly Spa's facilities, including the heated outdoor pool, cold plunge and sauna. Members can also book spa treatments, which are charged separately. The Firefly Gym, planned for completion in 2027, will also be included as part of the membership.

Who can use The Firefly Spa?
The Firefly Spa can be used by spa members and Silverlake holiday guests. Guests staying until the end of 2026 will have access to the spa facilities included in their stay.
From the 1st of January 2027, spa access will be available as an additional purchase at checkout for guests booking directly with Silverlake.
Will members get any exclusive use of the spa?
Yes, The Firefly Spa will be member-only from 0800 -1000 and 1800 - 2000 each day. One hour of each of these slots will be adult-only, and one hour of each of these slots will be family-friendly. You can also use the facilities during the time slots in between these exclusive member-only timeframes.
Does The Firefly Spa offer day passes?
Day spa packages will be released soon. Watch this space.
Are spa treatments included in a Firefly Spa membership?
Spa treatments are charged separately and are not included within a Firefly Spa membership.
Please note: Guests staying at Silverlake who have access to The Firefly Spa are welcome to book treatments during their stay. Members of the public are also welcome to book a treatment; however, the spa facilities and lake access are not included in this booking.

Which spa treatments are available at The Firefly Spa?
Spa treatments are provided by ESPA. Treatments are inspired by the Dorset surroundings, with signature ritual treatments available later this year. Click here to see our treatment menu.
Do you have an indoor pool?
No. The Firefly Spa has one 25-metre heated outdoor pool.
Are children allowed in the pool?
Children are welcome to enjoy our heated outdoor pool. For safety, children must be supervised at all times and we kindly ask that a ratio of one adult to three children is maintained.
